  Introduction

       A.  King David gave advice to the people of Israel that we would do well to accept.

             Vv 8,11

       B.  One of the privileges we have as children of God is to approach our Heavenly

             Father in prayer.  Philippians 4:6-7 (869)

       C.  My goal is to encourage us to ask God for the following:

   I.  That the Bible teachers and I will have boldness to teach the word of God.

       A.  Why?

       B.  As the Apostle Paul encouraged the Young preacher Timothy.  1 Timothy 4:13-16

       C.  As the Apostle Paul asked the Christians in Ephesus to pray for him.  Ephesians

  II.  That we will have the commitment to be doers of the word and not just hearers.

III.  That members will become workers in the harvest fields of lost souls.  Matthew

        28:18-20 (730); Matthew 9:36-38 (710)
