GOD’S AMAZING GRACE (Part One)


   Introduction

        A.  God is tremendously gracious to us, and we should ardently express our gratitude to
              Him.

        B.  “Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the
              foundation of the world” will be expressing God’s saving grace.

    I.  What is grace?

         A.  Unmerited favor or act by God. Vv8-9

         C.  God’s grace is a gift to undeserving people.  1 Corinthians 1:4 (841)

   II.  Where is God’s grace available?

         A.  Only in Jesus Christ.

               1.  Christ died for us.  Romans 5:8; 2 Corinthians 5:21 (854); 1 Corinthians 1:4

               2.  Christ is the life.  John 14:6 (793), 19

               3.  We become alive spiritually with Christ.  Ephesians 2:4-7 (864)

               4.  By Jesus we have access to God’s grace.  Romans 5:1-2 (832)

               5.  No Condemnation in Christ.  Romans 8”1-2 (834)

               6.  Grace given to us in Jesus.  2 Timothy 1:7-9 (879); 2 Timothy 2:1
