  Introduction

       A.  We have noted three factors that contributed to the downfall of the Children of

             Israel, God’s chosen people.

             1.  Becoming a part of the heathen nations.

             2.  Ignorance of God’s Law.

             3.  Indifference leading to rebellion against God.

  I.  Is the church of Jesus Christ in danger of losing her peculiarity?

      A.  God has a covenant with the church, which was prophesied in Jeremiah 31:31-34

            1.  There are three dynamics of the New Covenant.

       B.  Is it possible for God’s people (church) to become unknowledgeable of God’s word?
