         A.  In Psalm 1:1 there is a description of the ungodly person.

               1.  The godly person does not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, does not stand
                    in the path of sinners and does not sit in the seat of the scornful; but the ungodly

         B.  Let’s consider several detailed descriptions of the ungodly person.

     I.  What the ungodly person is:

         A.  A rebel.  He is rebellious against God.  Psalm 107:10-12 (471); Jeremiah

         B.  He is unrighteous.  Romans 1:18-23 (830)

         C.  He is condemned.  Romans 1:18-23

   II.  The ungodly person’s attitude:

         A.  He approves sin.  Romans 1:32

         B.  He perverts God’s word.  Jeremiah 5:30-31 (560)

         C.  The ungodly person condemns the righteous for not engaging in his sinfulness.

  III.  The ungodly person enjoys temporary pleasures.  Hebrews 11:25 (889)

  IV.  What is the end of the ungodly person?
