ONE ANOTHER II


  Introduction:
        A.  Last Sunday morning we focused on a vital principle for the welfare of the local               church in response to the questions,  "SERMON TOPIC: WHO meets the needs of the worship leaders that are to meet the needs of the others?  Is it not a two way street?  We keep having sermons on meeting the needs of others.  Who meets our needs?  Review.
        B.  We want to focus on two more principles in response to these questions.

   II.  The spiritually strong christians are better equipped to meet the needs of others.
        A.  References:  Romans 14:1,2,5,6,13,15 ; Romans 15:1,2,7
             1.  The spiritually strong christians are to:
                    receive the spiritually weak (those not firmly established) 
                                   Rm 14:1; Rm. 15:7
                    patient (not to argue) with them about disputable matters. 
                                  Rm. 14:1
                    accept (not to look down on) those who need further                                                                                instructions.  Rm. 14:10 
                   avoid putting a "stumbling block" in way of those not fully                                                                  grounded. Rm. 14:13
                    bear with the feelings of the weak christian.  Rm. 15:1
        B.  Implications:
             1.  The mature christians must:

                         take the lead.  Galatians 6:1-2.  "Oh, The Things We May Do," by                                 Lizzie DeArmond understand that the christian not fully grounded                                    might not reciprocate.  Rm. 15:1

   III.  God meets our needs. Philippians 4:19
             1.
                         provides the necessities of life. Matthew 6:25-34
                         provides all spiritual blessings. Ephesians 1:3
                         We can  ask God for anything we need.  Phil. 4:6-8
