FAITH TO VICTORY
Hebrews 11:24-27
Introduction:
A. What enabled Moses to endure the pressures of Life? v27
1. His confidence in God's promises.
2. His faith in God.
If we are going to endure the pressures of life, there are four things of which we must be certain.
I. Our identify: We must know who we are.
A. Moses knew who he was. vs 24-27
B. Today many people want to be someone they aren't. Examples
C. God loves us just as we are. Matthew 16:26, Romans 5:8
D. "Be all that you can be" in Christ.

II. Our relationship: We must know whose we are.
A. God sees two classes of people: those who know Him and those who don't.
1. God's law regarding salvation is specific and simple. Acts 8:35-39, John 17:3
2. If we are going to endure the pressures of life, we must know whose we are. I Corinthians
6:19-20
III. Our purpose: We must know whom we are to please.
A. Not everyone. Moses knew this.

2. We need to simply trust God and concentrate on pleasing Him. I Corinthians 6:19-20
IV. Our direction: We must know where we are going.
A. Moses and the Children of Israel wondered forty years.
B. We know where we are going. I Peter I:3-5

Conclusion:
A. Quitting isn't an option for the christian.
B. God will not give up on us as long as we keep trying. No matter how difficult the journey, victory
is straight ahead. I Corinthians 15: 57-58
